Cancellation Policy If you are unable to keep your appointment. Please be courteous to other clients and provide 24 hours notice of any cancellations.

• If you need to reschedule, a 24 hour minimum notice period is required to avoid a charge.
• Rescheduled appointments with under 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the appointment charge.
• Missed appointments without notification will incur a 100% fee of the appointment charge.

Payment Payment is required within 7 days of receiving invoice. Any required products will not be ordered or sent prior to payment being received. 

Minimum Consultation Fee   A minimum consultation fee of $50 will be charged for appointments shorter than 30minutes.

Email Consultation Any emails with queries not related to your current prescription and that may require additional research may incur a $50 minimum consultation fee.

When providing any information by which you can be identified whilst using this website, booking services or during consultations you are assured it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Natalee uses secure online and offline storage facilities and all data is sent via encryption. This policy is effective as at 01/12/2020 and may change from time to time. This page will be updated with any changes as they occur.

Client Notes and Accuracy You may request any of your notes and personal information at any time. A small fee may be requested to cover the time and costs of collating this. If you believe that any information held about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact Natalee as soon as possible. Any information found to be incorrect will promptly be corrected.
