I have had success helping people overcome fatigue and low energy; to better manage autoimmune, digestive complaints, acne, low mood; to gain control of weight maintenance and metabolic adaptation and help balance general wellbeing. Recommended prescriptions utilise diet and lifestyle advice alongside supplements and herbal tonics. I work within my area of expertise and have a great referral network to support my clients when required. Naturopathic health care may also be used as a preventative measure and a general check in can help to assess and give guidance about your current wellbeing, diet and lifestyle choices.
These consultations are for anyone who would like a natural perspective in treating any acute or chronic health condition and would like support to gain and optimise general health and wellbeing so they can achieve their life goals.
Any recommended supplements are an additional cost and will often be couriered directly to your home.
After a consultation you will be emailed your prescription and an invoice. The invoice will need to be paid before any supplements are sent to you.
You will emailed a link to order your liquid herbal prescriptions and have them couriered directly to your doorstep. Payments for herbs are generally made at time of ordering them.
Other products may be suggested (specific foods, supplemental foods, creams or oils) and these can be purchased from local or online stores.

What to Expect...
Initial General Consultations
When you book your first appointment you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to a comprehensive intake form. If you could please fill this in at least a day or so prior to your appointment. If you have any recent blood test result or other test results, it can be beneficial to email these through to me prior to the consultation also.
During your initial consultation, you will be asked many questions that will elaborate on the form and the reason why you have booked your appointment. These may include your personal health history, family health history, social and work history; we will also discuss your current diet and lifestyle factors.
Initial consultations are usually 60-75 minutes long. During this time, we will discuss a basic treatment plan, a number of dietary and lifestyle ideas as well as nutritional supplements and herbal treatments. We will book a follow up consultation and you will be sent an email with a prescription detailing these, along with any handouts that may be suggested. Another email will be sent with an invoice for the consultation and any supplements that were prescribed. This will need to be paid prior to the products being ordered and couriered directly to your home.

Initial Fertility Consultations
These consultations are suited to anyone who is wanting support with preconception care.
This includes:
• Healthy fertile couples or individuals who want a happy, healthy baby.
• Anyone who has fertility issues with or without a known cause. ie. low sperm count or motility and hormonal disorders such as anovulation, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome etc.
• People who have experienced miscarriages, whether single or multiple.
• Couples or individuals who have had previous experience with low birth weight, stillbirth, prematurity, sudden infant death syndrome etc.
• Anyone seeking support before, during or after fertility (ie. IVF) treatments.
• Older potential parents -especially to aid conception and prevention of Down’s Syndrome and other ill effects for the baby.
• Potential parents where either partner has a chronic health challange. ie. diabetes, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, asthma, eczema etc
For an Initial Fertility Consultation, it is best to put aside 2 hours and book a time in which both partners can attend together. If only one partner is able to attend then an Initial Fertility Consultation of 75-90 minutes should be adequate.

Follow-Up Consultations
A Follow up consultation may be 2-4 weeks after your initial consultation. These range between 30-60 minutes. We generally book 45 minutes and see how much we have to discuss at the time.
During follow ups we review how you are getting on with any changes you are making, how you are feeling generally and if your symptoms have changes or alleviated in any way. We will reassess your treatment plan and current prescription and make any required changes. Again, depending upon how things are tracking we will re-book a follow up consultation, an updated prescription will be emailed to you as will an invoice and any repeat or additional supplements will be couriered to you.
