Unlearning our habits can sometimes feel harder than learning them in the first place…..

The idea of just giving these habits up is inviting but putting this into play can be a touch harder than we first imagined.

So maybe try tweaking these habits. Maybe replace the thing you want to give up with something else? Or start including small amounts of the new habit you want to start into your life and build on that.

It doesn’t all have to happen in one foul swoop. Baby steps can sometimes get you there faster.

Also remember to really know your why behind this change. Why do you really want to make this change?

And practice truly believing in yourself and that you have the ability to make it happen. Envision what life would look like after dropping or adding this habit.

Unlearning things can be more challenging than the initial learning of them but it’s definitely, positively possible!!!
